The use of Ollas (or Oyas) pottery is an ancestral technique of underground irrigation, very water efficient, suitable for all gardens and plantations.
The ceramic is buried and filled with water up to the neck to irrigate the plants placed around it.
Laurent Jamet, heir to a long family tradition of potters, only works the clay by hand.
