BLUE TIT BIRD CALL - QUELLE EST BELLE COMPANY
Call the friends of the gardens and the woods 🎶
The blue tit is the smallest tit in our gardens: barely ten grams, a bright blue crown, white cheeks, and a plain yellow belly, with no black stripe.
Not very shy and very common, the blue tit can be found everywhere in France, in the city or the countryside, and if you don't see it, whistle its song—first it will answer you, then it will appear!
Using a bird call means learning to recognize birds by their song, communicating with them, discovering them, observing them…
A bird call is above all an educational nature toy for pleasure, because we believe that we must "know nature better to better protect it".
Each bird call comes in a lovely wooden box, with all the necessary information for its use. Handcrafted in the Drôme region.
Material: Metal and Boxwood

Imitating the blue tit
The blue tit is a singer—sometimes nervous, sometimes capricious, sometimes charming. At first, blow twice, then, while pulling the piston after the second hole, blow again, "Tu - tu...iii...". Repeat this operation several times. Later, when it knows how to listen to you, show it your talent thanks to the many possibilities of this bird call.

MANUFACTURING
Quelle Est Belle Company bird calls have been created and handcrafted for over 40 years by François Morel and his team in the Drôme, on a farm in the heart of the vegetation and preserved nature. This is where he designs, spends a long time perfecting, and tests all his creations. Each bird call is unique, turned, assembled, and varnished by hand. He uses only natural and local wood species, such as boxwood, beech, or linden. There are only 2 bird call manufacturers left in France; the other is intended for hunting.

QUELLE EST BELLE COMPANY
"You might think I'm a bit crazy, but oh well..."
From the age of 6, François Morel (not the actor, mind you) began to be fascinated by birds:
"I'm completely crazy about them, that's for sure. When I was very little, what I wanted was to talk to animals. Personally, I think it works. Thanks to my speech tools, I manage to get a little closer to birds, listen to them, answer them, and, from time to time, have exchanges..."
A naturalist and ornithologist, François Morel devotes a passion to making his bird calls. Rather than serving to kill, François wanted bird calls to become a tool for observing birds. To create these instruments, he combines two qualities. "It's a story of tinkering and a love story." He set up his company "Quelle est belle company" more than forty years ago in the Diois, in the north of the Drôme.
Good to know 😉: Björk recently fell in love with his work. She released a Deluxe version of her album "Utopia" accompanied by 14 bird calls, the "Utopia Bird Call Box" manufactured by QBC.
