YETI, performance and durability above all
In 2006, in their father's garage in Dripping Springs, Texas, brothers Roy and Ryan Seiders were tired of coolers that cracked in the sun and broke under the weight of the first big fish placed on them.
Fishermen since childhood, they decided to build the cooler they wished they had: molded in one piece, insulated like a freezer, and capable of serving as a fishing platform without flinching.
The philosophy has remained the same ever since: never compromise on durability. YETI products are designed to last for decades. It is a deliberate choice against disposability: an object that you don't have to replace is an object you don't have to buy again.
